Reminiscent of the freedom rides in Mississippi Freedom Summer, the civil rights activists are also challenging the morality of the apartheid road network funded in part by USAID. As in Northern Ireland and South Africa before them, the Palestinian civil rights activists have discovered the moral wedge against government policies that are separate and unequal.
