Speech presented by the Ainu people of Japan. The speech covers many topics but three main issues are: Ainu territory was divided as a result of historical progress and due to the cold war between the east and the west, the minority Ainu people have a small population compared to the majority population of Japan and Hokkaido being included in Japan’s total are which is historical Ainu territory.
