Biographical Information:Julie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Central Washington University. She was born and raised in Yakima Washington, and moved to the Olympia area in 2000.
Married with two children, she enjoys scrap booking, quilting and riding horses. Julie is a previous employee of Evergreen State College.
