In a historic legal victory for First Nations in British Columbia, the B.C. Supreme Court has ruled aboriginal people have proven title to 2,000 square kilometres of land in the Chilcotin district.
The library is dedicated to the memory of Secwepemc Chief George Manuel (1921-1989), to the nations of the Fourth World and to the elders and generations to come.
