Center for World Indigenous Studies-Prospectus

Paper discussing the prospects of relationships between indigenous nations and national governments. Objectives of this paper are to establish two international indigenous study-groups, establish the International Indigenous Fellowship Program, establish an on-going capacity within the Center, and conduct a Global Study of the Situation of Indigenous Peoples.
