This bill (H.R. 1415), introduced in the US House of Representatives of the 117th Congress by Representative Derek Kilmer, authorizes the Department of Commerce to award competitive grants to Indian tribes to further the achievement of coastal zone objectives. Such objectives include the preservation of areas of cultural and ecological importance and the implementation of coastal management plans.
