This document, authored by the Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organization, describes the ongoing efforts on behalf of the government of Laos to clear the Phou Bia region of Hmong peoples for tourism and mining purposes. It calls on the international community to protect the Hmong in the Xaisomboun Province for the good of all rural indigenous communities in Laos.
