This memorandum describes and puts into effect the Central Bank Network for Indigenous Inclusion. This network, founded by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, the Bank of Canada and the Reserve Bank of Australia, is dedicated to the promotion of indigenous economic literacy, engagement with traditional culture, and financial independence.
