Description

This document, issued by the Governor of Wisconsin, serves to declare April 2021 as Hmong Heritage Month in Wisconsin. This was done in recognition of the efforts of the Hmong people to fight alongside American forces in Vietnam and Laos. It is also intended to be a step towards addressing and dismantling systems of anti-AAPI hate in the United States.
