Consequent to the recently concluded Symposium on “Self-Determination in International Law”, held in The Hague from 29 September until 1 October 2006, the Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organization (UNPO) has implemented the initial stages of follow-up to the event.
The library is dedicated to the memory of Secwepemc Chief George Manuel (1921-1989), to the nations of the Fourth World and to the elders and generations to come.
