Authorities in the breakaway Somali region of Somaliland have placed security forces on high alert on the eve of a much anticipated reconciliation conference in Mogadishu, residents in the region’s capital Hargeisa said on Saturday.
The library is dedicated to the memory of Secwepemc Chief George Manuel (1921-1989), to the nations of the Fourth World and to the elders and generations to come.
