This document describes the ongoing movement against the construction of a pipeline by Enbridge on Anishinaabe land in Minnesota. The MN Public Utilities Commission’s decision to approve the Environmental Impact Statement, the Certificate of Need, and the Routing Permit for Line 3 are being appealed in the MN court of appeals by several indigenous environmental groups, as well as the MN Department of Commerce.
