Biafran people will embark on an organized “passive resistance” to highlight their self-determination quest and to protest the continued British Government connivance with the Nigerian Government in perpetuating genocide in Biafraland.
The library is dedicated to the memory of Secwepemc Chief George Manuel (1921-1989), to the nations of the Fourth World and to the elders and generations to come.
