Eva Bartlett describes the injuries to Palestinian civilians inflicted by razor-dart bombs. Fired by Israeli tanks at families gathered to mourn their dead from earlier bombings, the flechette bombs are designed to shred internal organs. The flechettes used against Gaza were targeted at ambulance drivers and paramedics attempting to reach injured and dying mourners at family funerals.
