Indian Country Today recounts deadly U.S. Government medical experiments on Blacks and Native Americans, at home and abroad, without their consent. As noted, today those unethical studies are more likely than not to be done offshore by drug companies rather than US agencies. But with the secrecy of some of those agencies, there’s really no way to know.
