Undermining Sovereignty

Arturo Rosales reports on the Obama regime’s efforts to undermine state sovereignty in Latin America. Corollary to this rejuvenated US imperialism are programs like USAID and NED, used to fund attacks on indigenous self-determination under the guise of the War on Drugs and War on Terror. In clear violation of international humanitarian law, and in direct opposition to the EU, UN, and Organization of American States, the Obama Administration is launching military initiatives in Colombia especially to counter the continent’s tide of democracy that swept away the former array of US puppet dictators.
