Tla-o-qui-aht get new reserve on Vancouver Island Pacific coast near Tofino. I once visited this magical place around the corner from the Clayoquot Sound Biosphere Reserve, and am glad to see the Nuu-chah-nuulth people restored to their sacred land.
The library is dedicated to the memory of Secwepemc Chief George Manuel (1921-1989), to the nations of the Fourth World and to the elders and generations to come.
