Who says (Secretary of State) Hillary lacks a sense of humor? In her recent speech, she lauded the prospects for world peace through expansion of US AID. No doubt the Bolivian people would find that highly amusing, after US AID funneled millions to the fascist landed aristocracy there to use in attempting to overthrow the newly-won democracy by Bolivia’s indigenous peoples’ movement.
