Whose Homeland?

Whose Homeland?

Under a proposed bill, the US Department of Homeland Security is seeking to override tribal sovereignty on five reservations in Montana. As a cure for a non-existent problem, the deceptive act would exempt the federal government from US and international law and open up Indian lands to federal projects without any say by the tribes.

Sounds like something George Washington, Andrew Jackson or Theodore Roosevelt might have thought up.
