The Moro Islamic Liberation Front and the Philippines government have agreed to a ministerial government for the Moro peoples autonomous region of Mindanao. After a half century of armed conflict, both sides hope this will lead to a final peace agreement.
The library is dedicated to the memory of Secwepemc Chief George Manuel (1921-1989), to the nations of the Fourth World and to the elders and generations to come.
