In August 2006 when the Nigerian information minister went to London to portray that Nigeria is the hope of Africa, the Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra started showing pictures of the Igbos, unarmed civilians, killed in Anambra State in Biafra by armed forces of Nigeria in 2006.
The library is dedicated to the memory of Secwepemc Chief George Manuel (1921-1989), to the nations of the Fourth World and to the elders and generations to come.
