A coalition of First Nations groups has taken its human rights complaint against the government of Canada into the international arena where the state will be required to defend its record.
The library is dedicated to the memory of Secwepemc Chief George Manuel (1921-1989), to the nations of the Fourth World and to the elders and generations to come.
