Dr. Rudolph Ryser will conduct a two hour briefing for a four member bolivian government sponsored delegation to the World Affairs Council on 3 June 2012 in Seattle, Washington. The main focus of the briefing is expected to be on American Indian Policies toward the US government, US government education, health and self-governance initiatives.The Bolivian delegation includes both education and cultural specialists according to Emily Peters, Program Officer – International Visitor Program for the World Affairs Council.
The library is dedicated to the memory of Secwepemc Chief George Manuel (1921-1989), to the nations of the Fourth World and to the elders and generations to come.
